Yes. If the order is placed before 2 pm Monday through Saturday, we strive to deliver the same day. However, orders placed on Sundays/Public Holidays will be delivered the next day.
Yes. Currently, we also deliver to Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam. Please note that orders will be shipped out only from Monday to Wednesday for these locations to facilitate same week delivery considering the delicate & temperature sensitive nature of chocolates.
Orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday will be shipped out only on the following Monday to Wednesday window. No deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
For Singapore deliveries, we do not provide tracking numbers, but the ordering customer will receive an order complete email confirmation once it’s been successfully delivered.

We take total responsibility only until we hand over the shipment to our delivery partner. Delayed delivery of your order could be because of reasons beyond our control. Such as weather conditions, incorrect shipping address, incomplete recipient details (mobile phone number helps), customs clearance (for international shipments) and so on. MLTZ will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control. However, our team will be ready to assist you if you need us to find the reason for delay to help you secure the delivery.

Yes, we do. Please allow at least 4 hours before you visit our shop @Tekka Place for pick up. Nearest MRT is Rocher and Little India. If you are visiting us by car, car park (Level 3 through 7) is at the Annex building of Tekka Place.

Chocolates should be placed in a cool, dark place preferably at between 10 and 20 degrees C – with 15 degrees C being the perfect temperature. However, we live in tropical conditions, so we must make do with available options.
Try to avoid keeping the chocolates in the fridge as extreme cold conditions just as extreme hot conditions alter the taste and texture. An airconditioned ambience is conducive for chocolate storage. However, if the temperature goes beyond 28C, consider putting in the fridge keeping in mind the following guidelines

We carry chocolates from mostly micro batch craft chocolate makers from around the world and some gourmet chocolatiers (read the difference between Chocolate Maker Vs Chocolatier here). We display the relevant allergen information for each product in the product page. Refer to the section Product Info 🡪 Dietary Guidelines in each product page for allergen information.
Almost the entire range of our chocolates are processed in facilities that also process tree nuts. So, if you are allergic to nuts, take special care to read the ingredients and allergen information before placing an order.
Sometimes we do. But they may not always make it to the website as this availability could be the result of special-order sourcing. So do drop us a message and we will provide you the availability information.
