The Crus come from single production areas and like the grapes that are born under a particular sun and from a specific soil, they have a strong personality and a strong taste. They are the most immediate and “wild” expression of cocoa. The individual plantations interpret the genetic diversity of cocoa existing today, starting from the seeds that best highlight the characteristics of each type of plant, selected, cultivated and processed according to precise regulations in the countries of origin.
