They have the greatest honour of being one of the few chocolate companies in the world to make chocolate with these precious beans. Through working with small, carefully controlled batches and lots of love and attention, they seek not to be the largest chocolate company—but simply to make the very best chocolate humanly, or heavenly, possible.
